DAMO provides TradingView invite-only indicators, educational market analysis tools, and related trading resources.

Our products are designed to assist traders but do not guarantee profits or trading success.

2. Eligibility

3. Subscription

DAMO offers Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans.

Subscription benefits begin after your TradingView account has been approved and granted Invite-Only access.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Prices may change in the future but will not affect existing active subscriptions.

5. TradingView Access

Customers are responsible for providing the correct TradingView username.

Access is normally granted within 24 hours after successful payment.

DAMO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect usernames submitted during checkout.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with others.

• Redistribute, copy, or resell DAMO indicators.

• Reverse engineer or modify the indicators.

• Use DAMO for illegal activities.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Disclaimer

DAMO is an educational market visualization tool.

Nothing provided by DAMO constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Trading cryptocurrencies and financial markets involves substantial risk.

Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

DAMO shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from the use of our products.
